Bring your expertise to the executive suite - we're seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant with 2-10 years of experience supporting C-level leaders! Details below:

Title: Executive Assistant

Duties:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, schedule, and meeting logistics
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and written correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodations for C-level leadership
  • Process and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Plan and organize meetings, including travel, meals, and materials for visiting guests
  • Provide front desk and receptionist support as needed
  • Assist in managing corporate office facilities and vendor coordination
  • Serve as a key liaison between the executive and internal staff
  • Organize, prioritize, and track tasks and ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and supporting materials
  • Provide backup support to other executive assistants during absences or peak periods
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions
  • Conduct research and provide analytical support for various initiatives
  • Review and assess documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Support contract management, compliance processes, and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of office administration, executive level support required.
  • Must have above average abilities in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction, ask appropriate questions and possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills, integrity, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Will need good reasoning skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $60-75k/yr. depending on level of experience
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri (open to shifts of 7:30am - 4:00pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, or 8:30am - 5:00pm)
  • Location: 100% In-Office - Eagan, MN
  • Duration: Direct hire with full benefits
